The Pooltrainer and Poolathlete system consists of a stationary spring arm, a fixed rope and a hip belt.
This concept allows swimming even in the smallest of spaces, even from a length / diameter of 3 meters.

I was really positively surprised how real the swimming experience with the Pooltrainer is. The expensive countercurrent system, with which I train sometimes, falsifies the feeling for the water much more. The Pooltrainer is convenient because you can swim in the pool at home for intensive intervals or long endurance sessions.
